Personal data is any information that can identify an individual. For example, personal data includes your name, e-mail address, home address, employment, date of birth, etc. Blacklime collects personal data on its website www.blacklime.si, but only that which you yourself provide; this makes Blacklime the controller of the following personal databases:
– the record of individuals who have completed the contact form or have contacted us via e-mail
Your personal data is stored, used, or transferred only pursuant to the individual’s consent and/or for the purpose of providing a service in accordance with the customer’s order or wish. Unless otherwise set forth by law, you may view, amend, or erase your data that we process at any time.
The Blacklime does not provide your data to other companies or persons, except in emergencies and in limited scope. This is the case, for example, with website maintenance workers with whom the company has signed an agreement on personal data processing; under this agreement, the sub-processors are required to take technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Blacklime does not forward the data to third countries and it ensures that your personal data is not sold or leased to third parties. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to disclose your data if required to do so by law or in response to enforceable government requests.
If you complete the contact form on the website www.blacklime.si or you send us an e-mail, we will collect and process your data based on your legitimate interest, which also serves as our legal basis for processing personal data in this case. Providing an answer to your question or fulfilling your request is the only purpose for which personal data is collected in these records. The data collected in these records comprises name and surname, e-mail address, and your message.
Your data from these records will be stored for as long as is necessary for the completion of the processing or for six months at the most. After this period, the data will be permanently erased or destroyed.
An individual can enforce certain rights related to the personal data that we process. They must send a request for the enforcement of such rights to the following e-mail address: email@example.com.
Right to consultation – the individual is informed at their request whether personal data is being processed in connection with them; when this is done, we provide information on the categories of the personal data being processed, the rights belonging to the individual, and other information that might be of interest to the individual.

Right to data portability – In the event of processing on the basis of consent or contract, an individual may request that the data that they provided to the company and the data collected while shopping in an online store be provided. The company will prepare the data in legible form and forward this to the individual.
