The tale of Klet Brda began in 1957 with the founding of a cooperative that connected local wine-growing families on the scenic hills of Brda, Slovenia. Today, they co-shape life in Brda and represent one of Slovenia’s most recognizable wine brands.
Vineyards are the pride of Brda, as they significantly mark the landscape. Their wines combine Alpine freshness, Mediterranean influence, characteristic aromatics, and minerality. For Klet Brda, we told a story about perseverance, the dedication of wine-growing families, tradition, quality, and uniqueness of their wines. Winemaking in Brda is a gesture of respect for the land and community.
